A lifelong resident of Southern California, Jack created Western States Development to perform land acquisitions, entitlements, subdivisions and property sales. He has done exactly that over the years, providing investors with profitable land turnover, development and project construction.

Jack’s proven record of performance for his projects and investors has enabled Western States to continue expansion and growth even in the tough economic times of recent years.

A graduate of the University of Irvine, Katherine started WS Realty, Inc. and Optimum Property Management.

Matthew is graduate of the Claremont McKenna College with a degree in Economics.

Mark has extensive experience in the valuation, acquisitions, repositioning, and dispositions of multi-family real estate. Through Mark’s guidance, investors have been able to acquire distressed properties at below market prices and have them repositioned rapidly to gain equity and achieve positive cash flows.

Mark specializes in the sales of multi-family properties and is well versed in the intricacies of cash flow valuations and their relevance to the potential buyer.
