Proven Experience, Proven Results

Western States Development & Construction Inc. was organized in early 2004 to acquire and develop property primarily in the San Bernardino County area. We have brought together a team of skilled personnel, each with their own area of expertise.

Working together they search out viable properties and negotiate their acquisition. After due diligence, the staff finds appropriate engineers and architects for the specific area and intended construction who will work with Western States' own in-house engineer and architect.

Western States currently oversees three organizations; WS Realty and Optimum Property Management which are dedicated to quality full realty services, and CD & G Construction a full service general contractor.

WS Realty Inc.

WS Realty, Inc. was founded in 2004 as an expansion of Western States Development and Construction.  Focusing on residential and commercial property sales in the Inland Empire. In addition to having the responsibility of selling the finished homes, the sales force is used to track local market trends for comparable sales of our projects and prospective development deals.

CD&G Construction

C. D. & G., Inc. shares the same stockholders as Western States and often serves as the General Contractor on our projects, on a cost-plus basis. The company has experience in constructing new residential housing, including town homes, and in both residential and commercial remodeling.

Over the past several years, C D & G has built strong relationships with may subcontractors, and with its deep data base, is able to secure several bids from the subs. Keeping the costs of construction down on one hand, and by operating on a cost-plus basis, they keep the GC overhead costs to a minimum. The benefits of low cost quality construction are passed on to our developing LLC’s.
